Founder, Bend River Consulting
Chris Van Vleet is the founder of Bend River Consulting, bringing over two decades of experience across clinical operations, life sciences, and learning & development.
His career spans roles in global clinical data management, product launch strategy, and rare disease sales leadership — including leading a 29-state sales team and heading the Learning & Development function at Gilead Sciences, where he supported 100 Account Managers across 8 business units.
That breadth of experience across commercial, scientific, and organizational functions is what shapes his consulting approach today — practical, business-focused, and grounded in how professionals actually work and grow.
Chris holds accreditation as a Let's Talk Finance facilitator and partners with industry leaders including DriveTrain Learning and Wealthvox to deliver integrated capability programs.
